So good to see young people working with wood.
This is the Mayfair Youth Forum, creating prototype seating designs for London’s Grosvenor Square, using lime timber we supplied from felled London trees.
It was our first experience working with the wonderful @matt_and_fiona - a social enterprise which gets young people involved in shaping their environment.
The seating was fabricated by @johahor, and the project instigated by @grosvenorsq and @2_3degrees as a pilot for ‘Voice, Opportunity, Power’, a toolkit advocating for young people having a say in the shape of their cities.
