We can deliver timber or furniture to you, or you can collect from us.
Delivery
We use a range of courier and delivery services depending upon the size, weight and how fragile your order is.
For 'individual board' online purchases, the delivery price is calculated at checkout. Prices start at £15 for boards under 1.4m and increase with size and weight. Note that boards over 2.4m are more expensive to ship and will increase the overall shipping cost. Delivery time is 2-4 days.
For 'stock boards' purchases ordered over the phone or email we will quote for the most appropriate service for delivery within 3-5 days. Please let us know if you need faster options.
Deliveries will be packaged using recycled materials, or on pallets for larger orders.
Collection
You can arrange for a courier to pick up your order, or collect it yourself, from our shop in London which is open only on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 10-4pm. If possible please send us an email to let us know you are coming so we can ensure your order is ready.
For trade customers, we can arrange collection from to our production site in Bulphan, Essex.
