Machining Services We Offer
THICKNESSING
Planing one or both faces of a board to achieve a consistent thickness.
PLANING ALL ROUND (PAR)
Smooth, squared edges on all faces – ready for joinery or finishing.
SANDING
Typically sanded to 240 grit for a fine, smooth finish.
OILING
Two coats of Osmo Top Oil applied by hand, enhancing grain and protection.
We’re also happy to work from a cutting list if you need multiple boards prepared to size for a specific build.
Machining is charged by time, with a minimum order value of £150 for all timber orders that require it.
