Visiting Our Timber Warehouse (July Only)
For the month of July, we’re opening up our Essex timber warehouse to all customers during weekdays – not just the trade. We're offering 10% off all hardwood boards purchased in person from our warehouse during this time.*
We're doing this because our Camden workshop is temporarily closed while we finish our move from Blackhorse Road. It’s also a great chance for more people to explore our full timber range – something we simply can’t fit into our London space. If you love the idea of rummaging through stacks of beautiful English hardwood, this is your moment. We've got London plane, elm, ash, oak and plenty more.

We’re a small team, and some days we’ll be busy milling – so please let us know at least a day in advance if you plan to visit.

You're welcome to enquire in advance if you're after something specific - but please note, we're unable to pre-select boards for you before you visit.
What to expect
Our Essex site holds hundreds of sawn, kiln-dried hardwood boards – mostly large sizes, ready to take away or have cut to size for an additional charge. Small boards and offcuts are more limited.
This is a working timber yard – not a showroom. We’ll provide you with a hi-vis vest when you arrive and talk you through basic safety.
Please bring sturdy footwear, and gloves and a dust mask if you choose (sawn boards are sharp and dusty). Our team is on hand to advise and help you handle boards, but we won’t be able to discuss furniture projects during your visit – we do that from our Camden workshop once it reopens.
Sorry, no children – it’s not a safe environment for little feet.

* The small print
The 10% discount applies to all in-person purchases of timber, machining and delivery services made at our Essex warehouse only, up to and including 31 July 2025. All purchases must be made by card, or by invoice for existing customers.
