about our timber
The majority of our timber is stored at our Essex warehouse, where we mill, dry and prepare boards for sale. Hardwood timber is typically held as full-length, rough sawn boards, kiln-dried and sold by species, dimensions and quality.
As our timber comes from individual trees felled at different times, availability varies by species and by volume. Some species are held in larger quantities than others, depending on recent felling and demand.
Our aim is to make it as easy as possible to understand what we have in stock, while recognising that timber is a natural material and no two boards are the same.
