We store a wide range of hardwood timber in our Essex warehouse. Most of it comes from individual trees felled in and around London, which means our boards are not uniform – every board is different.
Our online stock list is primarily intended for furniture makers, joiners and trade customers who are familiar buying full-sized, kiln-dried, sawn boards. Boards are listed individually with their species, dimensions, price and key characteristics, and the list is live – when a board sells, it’s removed.
Showing our stock online makes it easier for you to see what’s available before getting in touch, and helps our small team respond more efficiently. It means fewer speculative enquiries and fewer wasted trips, for everyone.
If you’re looking for finished, smaller or ready-to-use boards, those are best found in our online shop, where we offer a separate selection of individually prepared boards available to buy directly.
We can’t photograph every board we mill and kiln-dry, but where images would help you decide, we’re happy to provide photos. To keep the service fair and manageable, we offer photo requests for selections totalling £200+, and we send one set of images per enquiry.
Our online stock system is still evolving, but the aim is simple – to make buying our timber clearer, quicker and more straightforward for everyone.
