Elm - Double Waney Edge Pair

Exquisite kiln-dried elm wood boards sourced from a felled tree in London.

Board A
Grade 1 elm waney edge board featuring attractive wavy grain, light pip and beautiful natural colour variations, ranging from very light brown to rich chocolate shades with subtle yellow streaks. Two large knots add rustic character, while the two waney edges are complemented by straight-cut sections. The board has two usable working faces, with only very small splits and minimal ingrown bark. A small chip in one corner is visible in the photos.

Board B
This Grade 1 elm waney edge board features medium burr, attractive wavy grain and beautiful shades of natural brown. Light spalting adds further character. The board has two waney edges and two usable working faces. Small areas of ingrown bark, shakes and light soft rot spots contribute to its natural rustic character.

Thicknessed both sides as seen in images. The boards are marked A-B, priced for sale as a pair and not available for sale separately.
