Board A - English Walnut
Fantastic kiln-dried English walnut straight edge boards sourced from a felled tree in London.

This characterful spalted English walnut board features light spalting, elegant straight grain and attractive light brown tones. Natural knots and areas of ingrown bark enhance its unique appearance.

The reverse contains a shallow low spot that can be sanded out with ease, along with a small number of historic woodworm holes. At the top of the board there is a small area of soft rot, although the board has been measured and priced excluding this section of soft rot. With two working faces and two straight edges, this board would make a lovely shelf.

Board B - Black Walnut
Fantastic kiln-dried rare black walnut straight-edge boards sourced from a felled tree in Addington Palace Golf Course, Croydon.

This stunning Grade 1 black walnut board features rich dark chocolatey tones, elegant straight grain and beautiful natural character.

This board has a few small knots and areas of ingrown bark which add to its unique appearance. The reverse has a few shallow low spots which can be easily sanded out, while the bottom corners contain small areas of soft rot. Featuring two usable faces and two live edges, this fantastic black walnut timber board is perfect for creating a statement coffee table top.

Thicknessed both sides as seen in images. The boards are marked A-B and priced for sale individually.
