Yew - Live Edge Board

Stunning kiln-dried yew live edge wood board sourced from a felled tree in Brentwood, featuring multiple large knots, ingrown bark and distinctive natural imperfections.

This rustic live edge yew board displays a mix of wavy and straight grain patterns, with beautiful honey and amber colour tones, patches of purple, rich chocolate brown streaks and contrasting creamy sapwood.

The board has checks, shakes and a large heartwood split, along with some low spots that can be sanded out. Featuring half live edge and half straight-cut edges and two working faces. Thicknessed both sides as seen in images.
